► Tour itinerary:
Day 1: Fez – Merzouga
Departure from your accommodation in Fez towards the Merzouga dunes, we will cross the magnificent cedar forest and the Ziz valley to Errachidia, then towards Erfoud to visit a fossil museum. From there we will cross a beautiful landscape where you will observe the change in relief from rocky desert to dunes. We arrive at the village of Merzouga, where your camel driver will take you on a camel to explore the Erg chebbi dunes. You will spend a magnificent night camp in the dunes of Erg chebbi. Sleeping in nomadic tent.
Day 2: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges
After the great memories of the Sahara, we leave for the Todra gorges, we cross the magnificent Berber village of Alnif. After lunch in the gorges, we will leave for Tinghir and the beautiful village of Boumalne, where we will see the villages of the Dades Valley. Then we continue to the gorges where we will spend the night with a Berber family.
Day 3: Dades Gorges – Ouarzazate – Ait ben haddou
We follow the Dades valley to Kella Mgouna where we will visit a rose water cooperative, then we will go to Skoura to visit the kasbah of Amridil, from there we will go to the kasbah of Taourirt and the movies studios in Ouarzazate. Then we continue towards the Kasbah of Ait ben haddou that you will visit with a local guide. Dinner and accommodation in a beautiful hotel.
Day 4: Ouarzazate – Agdez – Zagora
We will follow a beautiful road to the Berber village of Agdz, here you will visit the famous kasbah of Tamnougalt, then we will continue to Zagora and the village of Tamgrout to see a library of Islamic books. Then return to the city of Zagora to spend the night in a beautiful hotel with dinner.
Day 5: Zagora – Goulmima – Errachidia
We leave the city of Zagora after breakfast and discover the palm grove. We will cross a stone desert where we will make a stop to visit a nomadic family and share tea with them. Then we continue to Tazarine, here we will visit the palm grove, then we will pass to the Berber villages of Alif and Tinjdad, here we will visit Mellab and continue to Errachidia via Goulmima. Dinner and accommodation in Errachidia.
Day 6: Errachidia – Fez
After breakfast we leave for Fez through the Ziz valley, lunch will be served in Midelt, then we continue our way to Fez where we will drop you off at your accommodation.
